1. Access Settings
2. Tap Cellular
3. Tap Set up Cellular
4. Add eSIM
5. Tap Use QR Code
6. Tap Enter Details Manually
7. Paste the code above into the Activation Code field.
8. Proceed to complete
Android:
1. Access Settings
2. Tap Connections
3. Select SIM card management
4. Tap Add Mobile Plan
5. Tap Read Operator OR Code
6. Tap Enter Code
7. Paste the code above and tap on Continue
IOS
· On the iPhone, go to "Settings > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan;"
· Choose the plan (carrier) to transfer from another iPhone. If you do not see a list of numbers, tap "Transfer from another iPhone." For this process to work, both devices must have iOS 16 or above;
· Check the instructions on your previous iPhone to confirm the transfer. To confirm, tap Transfer or enter the verification code displayed on the new iPhone if prompted;
· Wait for the cellular plan to be activated on the new iPhone. The previous SIM card will be deactivated when the cellular plan is activated on the new iPhone;
· If the message "Finish Surf USA Mobile Cellular Plan Setup" appears on your new iPhone, tap it. You will be redirected to the Surf USA Mobile website to transfer the eSIM;

Yes! Just change the SIM card, and that's it. If your phone is unlocked and supports the Surf USA Mobile eSIM, you can instantly activate your plan on your phone.
Supported BYOD devices include:
- Most unlocked GSM network phones
- AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Cricket Wireless, Simple Mobile, Straight Talk, and other unlocked phones that are unlocked
- Most phones with a SIM card
You may need to contact your carrier to unlock your phone.
If you scanned the QR code but the screen is frozen, close the window on your phone and scan the QR code again.
If you're using an Apple phone, scan the code with your camera. If you are using an Android phone, you must navigate to settings to scan a QR code.

IOS: All iPhone models are eSIM compatible and can have two active eSIMs simultaneously. In addition, you can use a Dual SIM with a physical SIM and an eSIM. On iPhone 13 and above, you can also use two active eSIMs.
ANDROID: It is still not possible to have two eSIMs on a single Android device, only one eSIM, and, depending on the device, two physical SIM cards.
