To access our 5G network, you need a compatible cell phone. If you already have one, 5G access is included in our plans. If you do not have a 5G device, our 4G LTE network offers broad coverage.

Plans

An eSIM is a digital version of the traditional SIM card. Unlike removable SIM cards, which you can physically swap out, an eSIM is built into your smartphone. The eSIM electronically downloads Surf USA Mobile information and allows for quick activation, switching, and plan management without changing the SIM card manually.
If you buy your eSIM directly through our app or website, we instantly check your phone compatibility at the time of purchase. If you buy it on Amazon, ensure your device is compatible before finalizing your purchase.

Yes. You have 50 minutes available for calls in Canada and Mexico between these countries, like: MX to CA, MX to US, CA to MX, and CA to US.
You have 4GB of data to use in 177 countries.
Our plans have unlimited data that you can use nationwide. Just pay attention to international roaming data, as it is limited to 4GB.
Yes. The WorldWide plan entitles you to 50 minutes of calls and 100 SMS to 177 countries.
If you're on one of the Surf USA plans, your phone will search for a wireless network automatically. A connection is usually made in 30 to 40 seconds.
To call a local number in Mexico, simply dial +52 and the local number. To make a call or send a message to the US or Canada, simply dial +1 (area code) (number). To call a local number in Canada, simply dial +1 and the 10-digit phone number. To make a call or send a message back to the US, simply dial +1 (area code) (number).

Yes, you can! Access the SURF USA MOBILE app, select "add data" and choose which additional data package you want. We have an additional 1GB or 3GB packages for you to purchase, all this at full 5G speed.
You have 45 days to activate your Surf USA Mobile service after you receive your SIM card.

To activate the eSIM via our app, just follow the steps below:

3. Tap Set up Cellular
4. Add eSIM
5. Tap Use QR Code
6. Tap Enter Details Manually
7. Paste the code above into the Activation Code field.
8. Proceed to complete

1. Access Settings
2. Tap Connections
3. Select SIM card management
4. Tap Add Mobile Plan
5. Tap Read Operator OR Code
6. Tap Enter Code
7. Paste the code above and tap on Continue

This depends on the make and model of your device. All plans come with a 3-in-1 SIM card with mini, micro, and nano sizes to fit your phone. Just punch out the size that fits yours. Not sure where your SIM card slot is? Check your phone's manual or simply ask Google for the location of your phone's SIM card and the size you need.
No. The eSIM works the same as a physical SIM. Therefore, it can only work on one device per time. This means that if it is connected to one device and then to another, the first device to which the eSIM was inserted will be disconnected and connected to the new device.
Your Surf USA service will become active when you activate your plan. It is valid for 30 days. Please note: You have 45 days to activate your SIM.

· On the iPhone, go to "Settings > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan;"

· Choose the plan (carrier) to transfer from another iPhone. If you do not see a list of numbers, tap "Transfer from another iPhone." For this process to work, both devices must have iOS 16 or above;

· Check the instructions on your previous iPhone to confirm the transfer. To confirm, tap Transfer or enter the verification code displayed on the new iPhone if prompted;

· Wait for the cellular plan to be activated on the new iPhone. The previous SIM card will be deactivated when the cellular plan is activated on the new iPhone;

· If the message "Finish Surf USA Mobile Cellular Plan Setup" appears on your new iPhone, tap it. You will be redirected to the Surf USA Mobile website to transfer the eSIM;

IOS: All iPhone models are eSIM compatible and can have two active eSIMs simultaneously. In addition, you can use a Dual SIM with a physical SIM and an eSIM. On iPhone 13 and above, you can also use two active eSIMs.
ANDROID: It is still not possible to have two eSIMs on a single Android device, only one eSIM, and, depending on the device, two physical SIM cards.

The IMEI is a unique serial number that identifies your cell phone. If your phone is lost or stolen, reporting the IMEI will completely block the phone's service. To access your phone's IMEI and obtain your personal records, dial *#06# on your phone. The IMEI will be displayed on the screen.
